Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original condition
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In original packaging
- Must include receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

- For faulty items, we cover return shipping.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
⚠️ Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
Contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Return the item you have.
- Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you of the approval status
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
⏳ Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
